Address Accuracy

  • No Changes After Fulfillment: Once your order status is "Fulfilled," the shipping address cannot be changed.
  • English Only: For faster and more accurate processing, please enter your address in English.
  • Required Info: A complete recipient name, full address, and valid contact number are mandatory.

For Japan Customers: Please enter your Full Name and Address in Japanese (Kanji/Kana) for accurate delivery via Sagawa Express.

Failed Delivery & Refund Policy

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, the refund will be issued after deducting actual round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and storage fees.

Delivery Timeline (10–14 Business Days)

  • Processing — 2 Days: To ensure the best quality for your little ones, we perform a thorough final inspection before dispatch.
  • Standard Shipping — 6–12 Days: After processing, your order is dispatched via Global Standard shipping.

Please note that customs clearance or regional factors may occasionally cause unforeseen delays.

Notice for EU/UK Customers

Temporary Order Limit: To ensure faster customs clearance, orders shipping to the EU and UK are currently limited to a maximum of $150 per order.
