Notice

Please ensure that all shipping information is filled out accurately before completing your order. Once the order status has been updated to "Fulfilled," the receiving address for international shipments cannot be changed.

The recipient's full name, complete address, and contact number must be provided. Incomplete entries may result in delivery delays or failed delivery. For faster and more accurate international delivery, please enter the shipping address in English.

For Japan Customers: Please enter your Full Name and Address in Japanese (Kanji/Kana) for accurate delivery via Sagawa Express.

If a package is not successfully delivered due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information, the returned order will be refunded after deducting actual round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and logistics storage fees.

Before You Order

Order Processing Time

Coconu sources many products directly from Seoul's wholesale markets and does not maintain large on-hand inventory. Items currently in stock are typically prepared within 2–3 business days. Backorder items may require an additional 5–7 business days for sourcing and preparation.

Please note that during promotional events, holidays, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be longer than usual. Once an order moves into processing, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


Backorders & Prepaid Reservations

Because we source directly from Seoul's wholesale markets, some items may become temporarily unavailable after an order is placed — at which point the item enters backorder status.

For most backorder items, we are required to make a prepaid reservation with our supplier to secure the product upon restocking. Once this reservation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as our suppliers do not permit cancellations on prepaid reserved items.

Backorder items typically require an additional 5–7 business days, and in some cases up to 1–2 weeks, depending on the supplier's restocking schedule. We will keep you informed if any extended delays arise.

If you'd prefer not to wait, please email us immediately after placing your order. If the reservation has already been made, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you'd like available items shipped first, we're happy to arrange a partial shipment — please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

Sold Out Items

Because we source directly from Seoul's wholesale markets, stock levels can change quickly. In some cases, an item may sell out after your order has been placed. If this happens, we'll notify you by email as soon as possible.

If an item is confirmed as sold out during sourcing, we will issue store credit or a full refund for the unavailable item. You're welcome to use the credit toward another product, though this is entirely optional. All remaining items in your order will continue to be prepared and shipped as usual.

  • Modifications or cancellations — Please refer to the section below.

I Want to Modify or Cancel My Order

Once an order is submitted, it moves quickly into processing and shipment preparation. After this stage, we're unable to accommodate changes, including:

  • Canceling all or part of the order
  • Changing sizes, colors, or adding / removing items
  • Updating billing or shipping information
  • Adjusting the shipping method

Shipping Policy & Timeline

We offer standard international delivery after a short order processing period. Most orders arrive within 10–14 business days, depending on the destination region.

  • Order Processing: Please allow 2 business days before shipment.
  • Standard Delivery: Estimated 6–12 business days after dispatch for most regions.
  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated 10–14 business days for most regions.
To ensure the best quality for your little ones, we perform a thorough final inspection before every shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary by region and may be affected by customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Taxes & Duties (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid)

Coconu ships international orders under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are not included in the listed product prices. However, applicable taxes and duties are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination.

The final amount paid at checkout includes all required import charges. Under normal circumstances, you will not be required to pay any additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

✦ Duty-Free Destinations — United States & Hong Kong
Customers shipping to the United States and Hong Kong are not subject to import duties or sales tax. No additional charges will be applied at checkout or upon delivery — what you see is what you pay.
For all other destinations, applicable duties and taxes will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed. There are no surprise charges upon delivery.
If a package is refused, returned due to incorrect address information, or undeliverable for reasons attributable to the customer, any incurred return shipping fees, customs charges, or related costs may be deducted from the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

My Package Shows Delivered But Hasn't Arrived

Carriers occasionally scan a package as "Delivered" before it physically arrives at your door. If your tracking shows delivered but your order hasn't appeared yet, please don't worry — this is more common than you might think.

We recommend waiting up to four business days after the delivery scan, then checking the following:

  • Check around your delivery location, including any mailroom, parcel locker, or building reception
  • Ask neighbors or building management in case it was received on your behalf
  • Contact the carrier directly to open an inquiry with your tracking number
  • Reach out to us so we can assist and follow up on your behalf
Please note that once a carrier marks a shipment as delivered, Coconu is unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen at the delivery location. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help guide you through the process.

Tracking My Order

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships. If you have an account, you may also track your order through your Order History.

If your order ships in multiple parcels, you may receive more than one tracking email.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after your shipping confirmation email is received.

Failed Delivery or Return-to-Sender

To avoid any issues, please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly before completing your order. A failed delivery can occur due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Refusal to accept the package upon delivery
  • Unpaid duties or taxes at the time of delivery

If a delivery fails for any of the above reasons, the shipment will be returned to Coconu.

Refunds for returned orders will be issued after deducting all incurred costs, including round-trip shipping fees, customs charges, and any storage fees applied during the return process.
