Notice

Please ensure that all shipping information is filled out accurately before completing your order. Once the order status has been updated to “Fulfilled,” the receiving address for international shipments cannot be changed.
The recipient’s full name, complete address, and contact number must be provided. Incomplete entries may result in delivery delays or failed delivery. For faster and more accurate international delivery, please enter the shipping address in English.

If a package is not successfully delivered due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information, the returned order will be refunded after deducting actual round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and logistics storage fees.

Orders

Order Processing Time

Coconu sources many products directly from Seoul’s wholesale markets and does not maintain large on-hand inventory.
Items currently in stock are typically prepared within 2–3 business days.
However, backorder items may require an additional 5–7 business days for sourcing and preparation.

During promotional events, holidays, or high-volume seasons, processing times may take longer than usual. Once an order moves into processing, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

 

Backorders & Prepaid Reservations

Because Coconu sources products directly from Seoul’s wholesale markets, some items may become temporarily unavailable after an order is placed. When this happens, the item enters a backorder status.

For most backorder items, we must make a prepaid reservation with the supplier to secure the product as soon as it restocks. Once this reservation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the supplier does not allow cancellations for prepaid reserved items.

Backordered items typically require an additional 5–7 business days, and in some cases up to 1–2 weeks, depending on the supplier’s restocking schedule. We will notify you if any extended delays occur.

If you prefer not to wait for backordered items, please email us immediately after placing your order to request processing without prepaid reservations. If the reservation has already been made, cancellation may not be possible.

If you would like the available items shipped first, we can arrange a partial shipment, though additional shipping fees may apply.

 

Sold Out Items

Because Coconu sources products directly from Seoul’s wholesale markets, stock levels can change quickly. In some cases, an item may become sold out after your order has been placed. If this happens, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

If a product in your order is confirmed as sold out during the sourcing process, we will provide store credit or a refund for the unavailable item. You may use the credit to replace it with another product, but this is entirely optional.

If multiple items in your order remain available, we will continue preparing and shipping those items as usual.

 

I Have an Issue With My Order

If you encounter any issue with your order, here’s how we can assist:

  • For missing items, please contact customer service using the information at the bottom of this page.
  • For damages or defects, please reach out to us through the same contact channels.
  • For modifications or cancellations, please review the section below.

 

I Want to Modify or Cancel My Order

Once an order is submitted, it moves quickly into processing and shipment preparation. After this stage, we cannot make changes, including:

  • Canceling all or part of the order
  • Changing sizes, colors, or adding/removing items
  • Changing billing or shipping information
  • Adjusting the shipping method

     

Tracking My Order

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.
If you have an account, you may also track your order through your Order History.

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 10AM (KST) will be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends will be processed on the next business day.

If your order ships in multiple parcels, you may receive more than one tracking email.
Please note that during peak promotional periods, processing may require an additional 1–2 business days.

 

Shipping

We offer international shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days.
Delivery times may vary by region and can be affected by customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Carriers may occasionally scan a package as “Delivered” before it physically arrives.
Please allow up to four business days after the delivery scan for the package to appear.

If the package does not arrive, please check around your delivery location, with neighbors, building management, or your mailroom.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact the carrier and notify us.
Coconu cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks the shipment as delivered.

Address Changes

Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee any change to your shipping address.
After dispatch, address changes must be arranged directly with the carrier.

For DHL shipments, customers may use DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) to update their address, reschedule delivery, or redirect the shipment to a ServicePoint.
Any additional fees charged by the carrier for address modifications are the customer’s responsibility.

Taxes & Duties (DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid)

Coconu ships all international orders under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
This means import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees required by their local authorities. These charges may be collected by the carrier or customs office upon arrival.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or customs fees, the order will be refunded after deducting all return shipping fees and related costs.

Failed Delivery or Return-to-Sender

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information, refusal to accept the package, or unpaid duties, the shipment may be returned to us.
Refunds will be issued after deducting all incurred costs, including round-trip shipping, customs fees, and storage charges.
