At Coconu, we want your little ones to feel comfy and happy in our clothes. Because we ship our Made in Korea collection internationally, our return policy is designed to be as fair and clear as possible. Please take a moment to read it before your purchase.
General Return Policy
As much as we'd love to accommodate every request, we currently cannot accept returns for the following:
- Change of mind or simple preference
- Wrong size selection — please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering
- Slight color differences due to monitor settings, screen display, or lighting conditions
- Minor variations in stitching, print placement, texture, or finishing that do not affect wearability or function
- Measurement differences of approximately 1–3 cm due to manual measurement — this is not considered a defect
Since we ship globally from Korea, the round-trip shipping process can be quite long and costly. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
If You Receive a Defective Item
We take great pride in our quality, but if you happen to receive a faulty or damaged product, we're here to make it right.
- Timeline: Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Request a Refund
If you find a defect, please email us at shop@coconu.kr with the following:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue (front and back)
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours to guide you through the next steps.
Important Notes
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
- Processing: Approved refunds usually take 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Fees: For international returns, any applicable round-trip shipping, duties, or storage fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
