Returns for Change of Mind or Sizing

At this time, Coconu does not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or simple preference. Returns and refunds are only available for products that are confirmed to be defective or damaged.

Return requests for defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.


Return Guidelines for Defective Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Minor imperfections such as slight color variation or very small marks that do not affect overall wearability do not qualify as defects.

For international orders, if a return shipment is required, any applicable round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, or storage fees may be deducted from the refund, unless otherwise required by law.

How to Request a Refund for a Defective Item

Please email us at shop@coconu.kr with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect (front and back, if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item qualifies for a refund. We may request additional information if needed. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions by email.

 

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after your request has been reviewed and approved.
Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take approximately 7–14 business days for the refund to appear.

If the original payment method is unavailable, we may process the refund via bank transfer or store credit.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, including for sizing issues.
If you need a different size or product, please place a new order. Approved refunds will be processed separately according to the policy above.
